Customer Experience Trial Manager — BT Business

- Run end-to-end trials for new and modified BT Business products before launch, acting as a quality and customer-experience gate across security and cloud products.
- Plan and govern mock-customer and mock-agent journeys that simulate how real customers buy, configure, use and receive support for new products before any real customer is exposed to issues.
- Built and governed 183 Jira trial scenarios across 7 parallel programmes, covering end-to-end customer journeys and internal sales/service processes, with scenario progress, defect status and launch-readiness visibility.
- Owned the McAfee Business Antivirus Protection trial from scoping to exit: created 170+ scenarios, recruited and managed trialists, designed feedback questionnaires, managed billing/waiver controls and ran triage through launch-readiness decision-making.
- Contributed to an evidence-based No-Go on a £2.72M product, challenging pressure to launch by walking Product and Commercial owners through customer impact, revenue risk and unresolved P1/P2 defects.
- Identified and drove action on high-priority defects across the portfolio, including issues that could jeopardise customer experience or create revenue loss; hosted and contributed to 56+ weekly/daily triage and stand-up sessions.
- Delivered trial exit reports for McAfee and Security Awareness Training, turning complex defect evidence into clear recommendations for Product and Commercial decision-makers.
