Profile

Zubiao Jiang is a London-based product operations and technology delivery candidate whose strongest evidence sits at the intersection of product readiness, customer experience, AI-assisted delivery, and commercial technology partnerships. His current BT Business role is structurally a pre-launch product-operations function: he designs and governs trials, simulates customer and agent journeys, coordinates defects and stakeholder decisions, and produces the evidence used to decide whether products are fit to launch.

His differentiator is not a conventional PM title history. It is the combination of a real founder vehicle in consumer AI hardware/software, a current product-readiness gatekeeping role inside BT, commercial partner/account management across security, cloud and networking, and academic foundations in HCI, VR, AI and digital culture. He is strongest in roles that require practical ownership, stakeholder translation, product judgement, launch discipline, and adoption of new technology.

Technical authorship note: Zubiao builds most technical work by directing AI coding agents, not by hand-coding every line. This is intentionally visible because it is both honest and relevant for AI-forward product and delivery roles.
